·         Best used for exotic metals but can be used anywhere you may need a very aggressive application.

Choosing a Grit

·         Coarse Grits (24-80): For heavy material removal, weld grinding, or shaping.

·         Medium Grits (100-180): For blending, deburring, and intermediate smoothing.

·         Fine Grits (240-400): For finishing or preparing for polishing.

·         Super Fine (800-1200): For mirror polishing or fine detailing.

Choosing a Backing Weight

·         J-Weight if you need flexibility for finishing, polishing, or sanding curved surfaces.

·         X-Weight for versatile, medium-duty tasks on flat or slightly contoured surfaces.

·         Y-Weight for tough grinding and heavy material removal on hard metals and flat surfaces.
